IAMKIND's 2nd Birthday - JETTY2JETTY / LSKD

IAMKIND is turning 2 and here’s EVERYTHING you need to know!

What started as an idea has grown into something far bigger than us — and that’s because of YOU.

Over the past two years, every school program, workshop, community initiative, act of kindness, conversation, volunteer hour, partnership, donation and moment of connection has helped build this movement. To celebrate, we’ve got three exciting events and prizes coming up, and we’d love for you to be part of them. Everyone is welcome 🫶

At the heart of IAMKIND is the belief that together we can create meaningful impact — and running reflects that too. It brings people together, creates connections, and reminds us that growth is stronger when shared.

This partnership with Jetty2Jetty and LSKD feels so aligned because movement and kindness aren’t about finish lines or Strava PBs — they’re about showing up, growing together and creating something bigger than ourselves.

IAMKIND SINGLET COLLECTION (JETTY2JETTY TEAM)

Our first 150 runners, plus any additional runners who purchased an IAMKIND singlet, can collect them at the Shake Out Run between: 7:30am–9:00am. You’ll also be able to collect your Jetty2Jetty race kit early at this event (IAMKIND team only).

If you can’t make the Shake Out Run:
• Collect your J2J race kit as per Jetty2Jetty communications
• Collect your IAMKIND singlet at the IAMKIND stall on Saturday 18 July or Sunday 19 July

We’d love as many people as possible wearing their singlet on race day so we can spot our community out on course 🖤

EVENT 3: JETTY2JETTY – THANK YOU FOR JOINING TEAM IAMKIND

Thank you to everyone who has joined Team IAMKIND for Jetty2Jetty. We’re incredibly proud to be the official charity partner of the 2026 United Airlines Jetty2Jetty Marathon & Fun Run with over 200 people in our team!

Whether you’re running, walking, cheering or supporting from the sidelines — thank you for choosing to be part of something bigger.

FUNDRAISING + MAJOR PRIZE DRAW
Our fundraising goal is $10,000 — and every dollar raised will go directly towards subsidising 5 X IAMKIND school programs across the Moreton Bay region in 2027, helping us create more opportunities for connection, kindness and meaningful impact in local schools.

As an extra thank you, anyone who has donated — or donates before Sunday of Jetty2Jetty — will go into the draw to win one of our major raffle prizes:

JETTY2JETTY AFTER PARTY + TEAM CELEBRATION

After the race, we’d love for everyone to join us at 3:00pm The Komo to celebrate everything we’ve created together.

As the largest team entered into Jetty2Jetty, we’ve secured the $400 team voucher (safe to say… this one was never really in doubt). Now, we know that that amount might not stretch too far across 200+ legends — but we’ll put on some chips and nibbles and create a space to slow down, connect and celebrate together.

This will also be where we:

We’re proud to announce that The IAMKIND Movement is the official charity partner of the 2026 United Airlines Jetty2Jetty Marathon & Fun Run — one of Queensland’s most iconic community events. This partnership unites the spirit of connection, compassion, and community wellbeing with one of the region’s longest-running and most scenic road races.

Held on the beautiful Moreton Bay coastline from Pelican Park, Clontarf, the Jetty 2 Jetty event welcomes runners, walkers and families across a range of distances — from 3 km to the full Marathon — celebrating fitness, inclusivity and community pride.

As the official charity partner, IAMKIND is featured throughout the event’s registration platform, giving participants the opportunity to donate and support our mission of inspiring intentional kindness and positive change right from the start. Throughout the lead-up and race campaign, the partnership amplifies IAMKIND’s message of connection and community impact to thousands of participants, supporters and visitors.
