Join us for a full-day, high-energy teen experience designed to build confidence, leadership, teamwork, and kindness through movement, connection, and fun! Participants will engage in a mix of personal development sessions, team challenges, and an exciting colour run — all in a supportive and positive environment.
Event Timeline:
8:30am – 9:00am: Sign-in
9:00am – 10:00am: Session 1 – Be the Vibe
10:00am – 10:45am: Morning tea
11:00am – 12:00pm: Session 2 – Team Building (Be the Vibe & IAMKIND)
